ALROSA says April diamond sales rise 12.3% on month to $401 mln
MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- The diamond sales of Russian diamond mining company ALROSA rose by 12.3% on the month to U.S. $401 million in April, the company said on Wednesday.
Sales of rough diamonds amounted to $383 million and of polished diamonds to $18 million.
In January–April, the company’s diamond sales rose to $1.561 billion from $919.8 million in the same period of 2020.
